I’m Abraham.This is what I stand for.

Ascend is my personal coaching practice. I work 1-on-1 with two kinds of people: students just starting out, and mid-career professionals reinventing themselves for what comes next.

The Manifesto

Wealth is more than money.

Most coaches will tell you wealth is a number. A bank balance. An exit. A passive income figure. They’re not wrong — but they’re missing four-fifths of the picture.

Real wealth is a life worth living. It’s the career that pays you well AND uses your gifts. It’s the side hustle that compounds without burning you out. It’s the AI skills that make you 10x more productive than your peers. It’s the mindset to stay disciplined when no one’s watching. And it’s the character that makes people trust you with bigger and bigger things.

I work with two kinds of people. Students and early-career professionalswho feel the pressure to “figure it out” and refuse to waste their 20s. And mid-career professionalswho feel the AI shift coming — the ones who don’t want to be replaced, and aren’t willing to keep playing it safe.

Different stages, same pressure: the internet has more advice than ever, and somehow it’s never been harder to know what’s real. My job is to cut through the noise. Build a clear plan with you. Hold you accountable. Push you when you slow down. And over months and years, watch you become someone who doesn’t just have wealth — someone who deserves it.

Pillar 1

Career

Whether you’re picking your first real role at 22 or pivoting at 38, generic career advice fails everyone. We design YOUR specific path — the role you should hold in three years, how to negotiate into it, how to AI-proof your position so machines work FOR you, and how to make the right opportunities find you instead of chasing them. The career is your cash-flow engine, and we tune it for the stage you’re in.

Entrepreneurship

The job market isn’t a long-term plan — not for a 22-year-old with student debt, and definitely not for a 38-year-old watching AI eat their industry. Everyone serious about wealth should own at least one income stream outright. For students, it’s side hustles that compound into real businesses. For mid-career professionals, it’s the second income that becomes your bridge to independence. Same work: validation, pricing, your first £1k month, and the timing of the bigger bets.

AI Skills

AI isn’t a fad — it’s the operating system of the next decade. Students who learn to wield it will out-earn their peers by orders of magnitude. Mid-career professionals who don’t will be replaced by ones who do. We teach AI as a thinking tool, not a cheating tool — workflows tailored to your industry, your goals, and your stage. By the time you’re done, you’ll be the person on your team people quietly ask for help.

Mindset

You can’t out-strategy bad habits. At 22, mindset means building the muscle of long-term thinking before the world hardens you into short-term reactions. At 38, it means staying brave under family obligations, mortgages, and the gravity of the safe path. Different frictions, same internal work — discipline, delayed gratification, sitting with discomfort, dealing with setbacks without quitting. This is the part most coaches skip.

Pillar 5

Character

Wealth without character is fragile — and the older you get, the more visible the cracks. We build communication, integrity, and how you treat people when no one’s keeping score. The 22-year-old who masters this builds a 30-year reputation. The 40-year-old who finally gets it gets a second act. Either way, character is the only thing that compounds at every life stage without ever depreciating.
