DESIGN
Weeks 4–6
“Decide where you’re going.”
A vague plan is a guarantee of a vague life. We co-design a 3-year vision and translate it into 90-day OKRs you actually believe in. Career strategy decided. Side hustle hypothesis chosen. First AI workflow designed.
What you’ll do in this phase
- 3-year vision + obituary exercise
- Three 90-day OKRs (one always touches entrepreneurship)
- Career strategy: position, pivot, or negotiate

Phase 03
BUILD
Weeks 7–9
“Develop the systems.”
The most demanding phase. Real action, real artefacts shipped. The career move happens. The AI workflow runs in production. The first paying customer pays. We measure everything in pounds, hours saved, and roles landed.
What you’ll do in this phase
- Career move executed (raise, role, or pivot)
- First AI workflow shipped + measured
- First paying customer (£100 for Foundation, £1k for Executive)

Phase 04
COMPOUND
Weeks 10–12
“Lock it in for life.”
The internal work that makes the gains stick. Mindset patterns identified. Relationships audited. Communication style built. Then the 90-day review: what you did, what you learned, who you became. This is what you take with you.
